I had a problem with my new trolley. The problem took a little while to resolve but we got there in the end. All working well now. The way my problem was dealt with was very efficient. No complaints there. The whole process was fine.
Bought the M7 Remote. Had some questions before hand and the team were quick in getting back to me and very helpful. Love the trolley. Would recommend this company to anyone wanting great customer service and top trollies at top prices.

I was dubious at the start but having read several reviews I went ahead with the trade in offer, What can I say!, from initial order everything was perfect. The new trolley arrived the following day and the refund for my trade in followed with in two days. The service was was fantastic and having used my trolley on a couple of occasions I’m glad I did it. I would recommend you to anyone without hesitation.

I bought a new electric trolley using the part exchange scheme I bought the m1 dhc trolley and part exchanged my C2i power kaddy which I was offered £200 everything went very smoothly from ordering my trolley to receiving it and sending my old trolley back to them which electric trolley .com organised everything from delivery to collection I did have to wait a couple of weeks for my part exchange money to go back into my account I was offered to buy a golf bag with 20% off so I bought the water proof option so overall I was very pleased with my purchases and electric golf.com

Took my time researching the different options and settled on the Motocaddy M7 Remote (without GPS). The price is pretty much the same no matter where you shop, so it was down to service. ElectricTrolleys.com made the process easy, and a few clicks later the deal was done, the trolley arrived in 2 days as expected. My old trolley packed up and collected the next day, what's not to like. As for the M7, its early days and my scores are yet to improve, but mileage is down using the remote to keep the trolley by my side when venturing off into the rough ...

Fantastic little addition to my Motocaddy M1 trolley, fits perfectly to the trolley frame.
Kept drinks cold the entire round and hand front storage pocket for a snack.
Would probably put an ice pack in with the drinks to keep them extra chilled but still a great product
I had an issue with a trolley only purchased 6 months ago. It was completely dead, no display, no movement. This unfortunately happened whilst half way around the course. I contacted Electric Trollies and spoke to Jimmy. Very helpful and sent me a box to package the trolley, and had it picked up by courier. As they were unable to resolve the issue they have sent me a new trolley, without the hassle of me sending back to Motocaddy. I am very grateful and I would totally recommend using them for your pirchase
