From start to finish, quite probably the best company I have ever dealt with.
Prompt and efficient in every aspect, from providing a fair trade in value, goods arriving when promised, uplifting trade in at a time to suit myself and providing trade in refund efficiently.

From start to finish the process was seamless. Got a good price for my trade in and the new trolley was here the next day. The old trolley collect and returned a few days later. Really happy with everything
Terrible free trade in and excellent service. They actually answer the phone straight away which is unusual these days😂 The only issue I had was the collection of my trade in trolley - was a joke but that was DPD not Electric Trolley fault👍🏻
Only used the once since receiving but points noted as follows -
a) Appears to be a solid built trolley and quite a bit heavier than expected, carrying handle is not the most comfortable
b) Assembly/start up instructions quite poor.
c) Expected to be able to stand the trolley on its end for storage (as per advertising photos) but this is not possible. And the width of the wheels is wider than my previous trolley, this means more space is needed for storage and when transporting.
d) The operating instructions for the battery did not appear clear and there is a hidden switch on/off switch which is also the charging point. I suspect that the battery could be left fitted to the trolley for charging but have not tried so far and would require the trolley to be sited near a socket which may not be practical or the use of an extension lead. Battery shape obviously designed to match the trolley frame but does not seem practical for cleaning etc. - could be a better design.
e) Start up appears slow but clear screen once up and course easily located.
d) Awkward trying to get trolley and battery registered for warranty - option through trolley but found this difficult. Contacted the 'info' email but have not yet had a response.
e) Impressed with supply of protective screen although not fitted yet.
f) Very quiet in operation but speed control had to be up at 7 to match walking pace perhaps this might improve but thought this would have at a lower setting. My course is fairly flat so don't know how it would perform on a hilly/uneven course.
g) Not too sure what I feel about the birds eye view of the golf hole, used the distance facility but not tried the hazard facility or any other functions. Touching the screen moved the birds eye view and it took a wee bit thought to get it back. Found this quite distracting when playing !! Feel I should have used it on a few practice rounds to learn/familiarise myself with the functions prior to using during a competition round.
h) Delivery was straightforward but quite a long window advised by the carrier which meant having hang around !! Similarly as I opted for a trade-in the collection/pick up time has a 6 hour window again requiring someone to be available for that time. Not good.
Overall using the trolley was more complex than I had expected but I'm sure this will improve with usage and I felt it was more testing than my previous GPS trolley which was very straight forward.
Probably too early to make a realistic review as still comparing against my previous trolley (by another manufacturer) but I'm sure once I get used to this unit it will meet my expectations.

I had been thinking that now I was playing different courses, some of which are quite long and with the injuries I am nursing that it may be time to look for a new electric trolley.
Bang, up pops an advert asking for trade ins against a new trolley and the rest is history.
I was offered a deal for my push trolley which I was happy with, the delivery of the new trolley was super quick followed by the collection of my part ex trolley.
I love the new motorcaddy, it makes 18 holes so much easier to manage. The trolley is easy to open up and take down and fits nicely into my car.
The efficiency of the purchase, delivery and collection was second to none. I can highly recommend this fabulous service.

I had a problem with my new trolley. The problem took a little while to resolve but we got there in the end. All working well now. The way my problem was dealt with was very efficient. No complaints there. The whole process was fine.
Bought the M7 Remote. Had some questions before hand and the team were quick in getting back to me and very helpful. Love the trolley. Would recommend this company to anyone wanting great customer service and top trollies at top prices.

I was dubious at the start but having read several reviews I went ahead with the trade in offer, What can I say!, from initial order everything was perfect. The new trolley arrived the following day and the refund for my trade in followed with in two days. The service was was fantastic and having used my trolley on a couple of occasions I’m glad I did it. I would recommend you to anyone without hesitation.

I bought a push trolley from here and when it arrived, it was really too heavy for me - I have a dodgy back.
I contacted them and they arranged for a courier to pick it up free of charge.
I am so impressed with this high-level customer service. Definitely recommended.
