Great service all round

I used the services of Electric Trolleys a while back when my local repairer let me down and I found them to be refreshingly helpful and professional, so when I recently thought about replacing my old trolley I automatically contacted them for advice and quotes. I ended up with a trade-in deal against the latest trolley and a new bag to boot at a cost which was very competitive.

Thinking of getting a new golf trolley, but not sure what to do with my old one. Then I discovered that electric trolleys excepted trade ins. So I enquired and found the trade in price very good and I done the deal. Three days later I had a brand new motocaddy se. Great service and company to deal with. Infact a breath of fresh air. John.

the service of your organisation was brilliant. very quick and pro active turnaround thank you. However the trolley I am very disappointed with. the steering is very poor when using the remote. to be expected to stop the trollley to turn it left or right is very bad. when trying to turn it when running is very slow. also there seems to be no reverse on this one and the brake system when going down hill did not work. the trolley ended up off the side of a hill into the woods!!hit a tree and scratched my brand new golf bag !! not happy.

Haven't used my trolley yet but easy to assemble and get ready. Electric trolleys delivery was excellent with DHL keeping me informed each step of the way. Delivery was very quick and inside the timeoriginally specified. Would recommend.

Absoultly Awful , deliver bettween 3-5 days , more like 7-8 weeks and spend more time chasing it then getring answers. Customer service , more like no service no one has a clue

my club course is very hilly but the powerful motor and battery cope with the hills no trouble. trolley does not fold down as small as my old power bug sport plus but if i remove the wheels it packs quite small. overall very satisfied with my purchase and very quick two day delivery.
