30 Day Returns Trolley Policy – Free Collection
Any brand new electric trolley purchased from ElectricTrolleys.com is eligible for our 30 day trolley return policy providing it has not been taken out onto the golf course.
If you receive your new electric trolley and decide it is not what you had in mind and would like to return it, we will offer a no-questions free of charge collection of the trolley and refund your purchase in full.

30 Day Returns Policy – All Other Items
Please note: Our range of used trolleys are not covered by a returns policy and are sold as seen on our website. If for any reason your used trolley arrives and is not working, necessary actions will be taken to ensure the problem is dealt with efficiently.
All other orders (Spares, Accessories, Batteries, Cart Bags etc) providing the goods have not been taken out on to the golf course, can be returned for a refund up to 14 days from the original purchase date
