Brilliant service from Electric Trolleys from start to finish. I was offered a fair price for my trolley and my new one arrived within 48 hours. Delivery was arranged for my old trolley and it was collected on the agreed day. I have no hesitation recommending them to anyone looking to upgrade their trolley.
The trolley was delivered on time was very easy to assemble. I have used it 6 times on 4 different courses on a short golf break and i can not find a single thing to criticise
I had a fairly new trolley but I wanted to upgrade to a remote control version (Motocaddy M7). There was a 10% discount offer available but this was not available in conjunction with a trade-in deal. I was offered a very fair trade in which I decided to accept rather than have the hassle of selling my existing trolley privately.. As I live only 30 minutes from Electric Trolleys I decided to collect rather than wait for delivery. This was seamless and easy and I had a very friendly chat with the proprietor.

Given a very fair trade in price for my Motocaddy QB2 push trolley. This was treated as a discount off the payment for the purchase of a new electric Motocaddy SE. This arrived quickly and the box was used to send them back the part exchanged push QB trolley. Postage was paid for by Electric Trolleys who arrangement for Parcelforce to collect at a convenient time. Very straight forward process from beginning to end. The new electric trolley makes my golf much more enjoyable.

After many years pushing I finally decided to go electric. After lots of research I went for the Motorcaddy M5GPS. Electric Trolleys were offering the best price so that's where I went. Delivery was very quick. I had a couple of questions and my email was answered promptly and gave me the answers I needed. The trolley itself has completed 3 rounds now and is excellent. Does everything I need very well. The "stand" for the trolley is inspired.
We were stuck two trolleys that we wanted to swap for new. Found electric trolleys online and they were excellent. Fully engaged from the start and after sending photos of the trolleys we had, they offered us a really good deal which virtually gave us a free trolley. New trolleys delivered in good time and the old trolleys were picked up by parcel force. The whole transaction was seamless.

Was a pleasure to deal with this company when exchanging my trolley for the Motocaddy S1. Jimmy was easy going and professional throughout although it wasn't always possible to leave a message. The answer machine apparently had too many messages on it and couldn't take any more, killing the call.
I've used the S1 a couple of times to-date and it works perfectly, particularly like the DHC which was my main reason for exchanging.
